Black Lager

ABV: 5.2% IBU: 24

DESCRIPTION:
This is our tribute to a classic German Schwarzbier. Don’t let the color fool you, it’s light on the palate, and full of flavor. Notes of coffee and roast, with enough German noble hops to round out the malt profile.

Glow Pilsner

ABV: 4.8% IBU: 26

DESCRIPTION:
We use floor-malted German Bohemian Pilsner malt. A crisp well balanced lager that’s sure to please and pairs with a wide variety of foods.

Common Lager

ABV: 5.3% IBU: 32

DESCRIPTION:
California Common Lagers were invented in the Bay Area in era following the Gold Rush. German brewers cultivated a brewer’s yeast that ferments in the region’s moderate temperatures. Linden Street’s Common Lager is a robust, medium amber, malt-forward yet sturdily-hopped lager.

IPA #2

ABV: 6.4% IBU: 71

DESCRIPTION:
The second in our series of three trial batches of IPA. Well balanced with a nice malt backbone, generous late addition and dry hops offer a hint of tropical fruit, an undercurrent of citrus, and a pronounced dank aroma and flavor.

Imperial Porter

ABV: 6.5% IBU: 35

DESCRIPTION:
Brewed in collaboration with Melissa Myers of The Good Hop, this beer has all the makings of a traditional imperial porter. Built with subtle notes of chocolate, spices and a hint of orange, it proves worthy in flavor, texture and aroma through these multi-layered ingredients. Heirloom barley, chocolate wheat, chocolate rye and Mandarina Bavaria hops round out this collaboration porter’s characteristics.

Belgian Dubbel with Coffee

ABV: 4.5% IBU: 9

DESCRIPTION:
This rich and malty ale is an interesting variation of a classic Belgian Dubbel. Brewed with RoastCo Coffee from West Oakland, we added their cold-brewed Ethiopian Guji after the fermentation process to enrich this ale with its fig and berry notes. Perfectly complementing the dried fruit characteristics added, the coffee taste is subtle at the finish.

Rauchschwarzbier

ABV: 6.5% IBU: 35

DESCRIPTION:
A medium-bodied black lager, this Smoked Black Lager has a hint of smokey malt flavor. We chose to use subtle hints of smoked malts as to not overpower the quality of black lager flavors. The balance between hops, malt and smoke flavors offer a beer that is light in body and dark in color.

Kellerbier

ABV: 4.5% IBU: 9

DESCRIPTION:
An unfiltered Munich-style Helles. Pale in color, light bodied and smooth. Refreshing with subtle hop notes and a slight bready flavor from a carefully chosen lager yeast from Germany.
