ABV: 4.5% IBU: 9 (yes 9, heavily dry-hopped)
Powerful hop aroma with malt sweetness coming in at only 9 IBU and 4.5% ABV. How? We toss just a handful of buttering hops in the boil, and then add copious amounts of Apollo and Summit hops during fermentation. Rye malt adds spice to the flavorful ale.
MALT: Bohemian Pilsner, Rye, Munich, Carahell, Carared
HOPS: Apollo, Summit
YEAST: English Ale
SOUNDBITE: A pale ale with hoppy flavors and aromas, a hint of spice, with minimal lingering bitterness.
